There is no help coming from anywhere at all
The success of any enterprise depends mainly upon the inner responsibility and integrity of their leader.
Many organizations have failed because of lack of an intrepid leader, pragmatic dreamer, philosopher of action. The training of a leader through self-knowledge and self-remembering: leads him to the Dream that every man has buried in the innermost recesses of his being.
The inner journey is very risky – through self-discovery you can risk to destroy something that you have secretly worshipped and loved since you were born: the unconscious death-urge.
A leader is always in a state of alertness. Moving up continually – he can never stop
If your vision narrows, if your level of Being lowers, then the external world, which you call reality, becomes like a mountain towering over you, until you are lost in its shadow. That is the time when you expect something from outside to assist you, when you look for somebody to help you…. when you look for certainty in the eyes of others… when you search for help, reassurance and consideration from the world.
Change your vision, raise it!
Look at the world with a new alertness and new awareness, and the entire universe will becometiny as a grain of sand.

Do not identify with the world around you!
Live in a state of powerful silence and stillness – a state of complete suspension.
Identifying with the world seals you in the prison of time, in an infernal circle where you are prey to your negative emotions. But when you realize that there is nothing to fear, fear itself disappears and freedom takes the upper hand. The inferno starts crumbling, flaking away layer by layer, and you begin to feel alive.
Die less and dream more…

In the ultimate state there can be neither happiness nor sorrow, but only freedom.
